Other changes in this version

• In the Pre-Qualification PRO version, a new switch in the Qualification Tab allows you to convert insurable scenarios to insured ones.
• The Refinance Analyzer's lender incentive has been improved. When there is a surplus, it is now used to reduce the new mortgage balance, creating more interest savings.
• We are introducing a new filter in the Rates tab. Say hello to the new Insurability filter. You can now find rates based on their insurability target.
• In Admin, Brokers can add custom Switch / Transfer rates and set rate types to Adjustable Variable Rates (ARM).
• We've also improved some UI components of the Down Payment Educator. It's easier now to distinguish between the possible solutions to fix the down payment of the purchase scenario.
