Adding a safe sender will avoid emails going to the junk folder

Here are the steps to mark a domain as safe in outlook.
  1. Log in to Outlook on your desktop
  2. Click on the Settings (Gear icon in the top right corner)
  3. At the bottom of the side menu, click on View all Outlook settings
  4. Under Mail > Junk Mail > Add Safe Sender
  5. Enter the Domain you wish to mark as safe
  6. Click on Save
