The latest release of iOS 14 (September 16th, 2020) introduced a breaking check related to photo permissions.

The good news is that there is a workaround if you encounter any issue related to photos.

  1. Open your phone's "Settings" app
  2. Scroll down and select "Mortgage"
  3. Select "Photos"
  4. Allow Photos >> All Photos

Now you can go back to the app and select the photo you like.
