Did you receive an "Account Deactivation" notification and wish to keep your app active? We've provided some steps to follow in order to prevent your deactivation.
First , make sure that your payment information is up to date.
When you change your payment information, it's automatically updated for your app. Thus, keeping you subscription and your app active.
Please follow theses steps if you have an iOs device :
- Open the app store.
- Tap your profile image, then tap Subscriptions.*
- Tap the subscription that you want to manage.
- Choose a different subscription option.
If you have trouble making an in-app purchase, make sure that your payment information is up to date.
Please follow theses steps if you have an Android device:
- On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google Play Store
- Check if you’re signed in to the correct Google Account.
- Tap Menu Subscriptions.
- Select the subscription you want to start again.
- Tap Manage Resume
