This message occurs when Safari tries to open the app (thinking that it is installed) but you have recently deleted it from your phone. This is an error due to deep linking.

In the latest updated, we have improve this by always directing you to the app store and only try to open the app from a deep link if we are 150% sure the app is installed and not deleted.
