On a Google device, you need to log into your google play to view and update subscriptions. On an Apple phone, you need to log into your iTunes account, either from Settings or from the App Store app and update your subscriptions.
Only if you don't see subscriptions in your iTunes or google play, you can contact us for additional support, with regarding subscriptions, otherwise, we are not able to update or modify your subscriptions on our end. It's completely handled by Apple & Google.
